PAYRUN - allocation of funds from paid orders
Built on real sales: licenses, training and marketing services. No sales - no credits. Not an investment product and no promise of income.
Modules define participation, position filling, auto-transitions and reinvest clones. All records are logged.
Three sequential modules. Start from Module 1.
Base entry (3 positions under you)
Activation: 1000 SB / SBC.
When position 1 is filled, a 1000 SB / SBC credit is logged from a paid order.
Position 2 triggers reinvest - a clone is created in position 3.
Additionally at position 2 (if program rules stipulate):
Allocation (2 positions under you)
Slot: 500 SB / SBC.
When position 1 is filled, the system logs:
Position 2 -> auto-transition to Module 3.
Scaling (3 positions under you)
Each position is 500 SB / SBC.
When positions 1 & 2 are filled, a clone goes to the next free slot in Module 1. Any clone is a live position: if it lands on a payout slot, the payout is recorded per rules and paid orders.
When position 3 is filled, the system logs:
The PAYRUN mechanism ensures structure movement and transparent fund allocation. Payouts received are fixed amounts defined in the module rules.
Credits are logged only after payment. Before payment — no credits.
Amounts and allocations depend on product, participant status, program conditions and policies.
License: perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable — to use SmartBlock platform & software.
Refunds: all payments are non-refundable. After license activation, refunds/cancellations are not possible due to irreversible digital value (knowledge, IP, access).
Availability & liability: best-effort uptime; legal/force-majeure/technical limits may apply. Services are provided “as is”.

Is PAYRUN an investment?
No. It’s an operational mechanism that allocates funds from paid orders under module rules, not an investment offer.
What are “clone/reinvest”?
A technical system logic that maintains structure movement and reinvests for scaling. It does not generate income by itself, only triggers system processes.
Where do credits come from?
These are fixed amounts defined in the module rules, coming only from real sales.
Transparency: company registered in Wyoming, USA; accounting and tax obligations are fulfilled. Credits occur only after real sales. This is not financial/legal advice.
Information is for awareness only and not financial/legal advice. Policies, user agreement and refund policy are on the main site.
