PAYRUN Marketing - Crediting Cycle & Structure Growth
What are SB and SBC
- SB — internal accounting unit: 1 SB = 1 USDT.
- SBC — SmartBlock Coin, Tron TRC-20 token. Price varies by market and SunSwap trading. We write SB / SBC where either is accepted.
PAYRUN - allocation of funds from paid orders
Built on real sales: licenses, training and marketing services. No sales - no credits. Not an investment product and no promise of income.
Modules define participation, position filling, auto-transitions and reinvest clones. All records are logged.
Three sequential modules. Start from Module 1.
MODULE - 1
Base entry (3 positions under you)
Activation: 1000 SB / SBC.
When position 1 is filled, a 1000 SB / SBC credit is logged from a paid order.
Position 2 triggers reinvest - a clone is created in position 3.
Additionally at position 2 (if program rules stipulate):
- +100 SB / SBC - to you
- +100 SB / SBC - to mentors up two levels
- Auto-transition to Module 2
MODULE - 2
Allocation (2 positions under you)
Slot: 500 SB / SBC.
When position 1 is filled, the system logs:
- +100 SB / SBC - to you
- +100 SB / SBC - to your mentor
- Activation of the DEMO-4 training level (300 SBC) or the SmartBoost -4 program (300 SB), if stipulated by the rules.
Position 2 -> auto-transition to Module 3.
MODULE - 3
Scaling (3 positions under you)
Each position is 500 SB / SBC.
When positions 1 & 2 are filled, a clone goes to the next free slot in Module 1. Any clone is a live position: if it lands on a payout slot, the payout is recorded per rules and paid orders.
When position 3 is filled, the system logs:
- +100 SB / SBC - to you (position 3)
- +100 SB / SBC - to mentors up two levels (if stipulated)
Structure Flow and Transparent Payout Principle
The PAYRUN mechanism ensures structure movement and transparent fund allocation. Payouts received are fixed amounts defined in the module rules.
- Direct Income: You receive payouts when a position in your personal structure is filled by a real sale (license or service).
- Team Effect (Spillovers): Positions below you can be filled by auto-transitions and clones from upline partners who have no free spots. This ensures that even passive participants remain part of an active system.
- Clones = Payouts for Others: When your system-generated clone (e.g., from Module 3) enters another partner's structure, it fills a position that triggers a fixed payout for that partner and their mentors. Clone movement sustains fixed allocations across the whole structure.

Where Rewards Come From
- License sales for SmartBlock services (platform, modules, software).
- Training products — courses, intensives, mentorship.
- Marketing services & subscriptions.
- PAYRUN only allocates funds from paid orders per module rules; it doesn’t create income by itself or promise outcomes.
Credits are logged only after payment. Before payment — no credits.
How Crediting Works
- Payment is received for license/service/training (SB / SBC).
- The system logs the order and attaches it to the structure per module rules.
- Credits are allocated to roles if module and policy conditions are met.
- An entry appears in account history. Before payment — no credits.
Amounts and allocations depend on product, participant status, program conditions and policies.
Withdrawals (SB / SBC)
- Timing: compliance processing takes up to 72 hours from request; typically same-day. Urgent? DM us — we process immediately.
- Minimum 100 SB to USDT TRC-20 wallet. Fee: –4 USDT (network/service).
- Minimum 2000 SBC to SBC TRC-20 wallet. Fee: –50 SBC (network/service). You can then swap to USDT TRC-20 via SunSwap.
Transparency & Legal Clarifications

- No income promises: credits depend on real sales and activity.
- Source of funds: paid orders only; clones/reinvest don’t create income.

License: perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable — to use SmartBlock platform & software.
Refunds: all payments are non-refundable. After license activation, refunds/cancellations are not possible due to irreversible digital value (knowledge, IP, access).
Availability & liability: best-effort uptime; legal/force-majeure/technical limits may apply. Services are provided “as is”.
